A wall-to-wall library, planned to the eighth of an inch
A Simpler Way
Custom cabinetry is beautiful. The price tag isn’t.
We use a simpler way to create a finished, wall-to-wall look. Standard modular boxes do the heavy lifting; the custom work happens at the edges—exactly where your eye looks for it.
ModulesStandard-width cabinet and shelf boxes, chosen for your wall and use—precision-made, repeatable, affordable.
FillersCustom-sized filler strips close the gap between the last module and your walls, so nothing looks “placed.”
End panelsFinished side panels wrap exposed ends in your chosen finish for a furniture-grade edge.
Base & trimA fitted base and top trim carry the unit to your floor and ceiling lines—the detail that reads as “built in.”

Safety & Verification
Good built-ins are careful built-ins.
Tall units must be anchored to the wall. Anti-tip hardware is included with every order and is not optional.
Clients must identify wall construction (drywall over wood studs, plaster, masonry, metal studs) so we can specify the correct anchoring.
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fireplace modifications require qualified, licensed professionals. We design around these systems; we do not alter them.
Fireplace and heating clearances must be verified against manufacturer requirements and local code before any surround is produced.
Final production cannot begin until dimensions are approved in writing by the client.
Lake Hazel may require professional field measurements for complex installations, including sloped ceilings, masonry walls and fireplace surrounds.
Client-provided measurements are subject to design review. We check every figure before a single panel is cut.
Uploaded measurements are not automatically considered manufacturing approval. You will approve final manufacturing dimensions separately.
