Lake Hazel Design Collective Disclosure

The Lake Hazel Design Collective is a paid professional development and membership program. Membership fees provide access to the coaching, mentorship, education, resources, community, critiques, visibility, and other benefits included with the selected membership level.

Membership is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee client referrals, project placement, paid assignments, a specific amount of work, income, business growth, or any professional result.

Lake Hazel Design does not guarantee any particular outcome from coaching, mentorship, education, critiques, resources, or participation in the Collective. Results vary based on each member’s experience, effort, participation, implementation, availability, market conditions, and other factors outside Lake Hazel Design’s control. Members are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, business practices, and results.

Paid opportunities, if any, may be offered separately based on membership level, experience, skills, portfolio quality, professionalism, availability, location, client needs, and project fit. Lake Hazel Design retains discretion to determine which designer or professional is best suited for any particular opportunity.

If a member accepts paid project work, the scope, compensation, deadlines, responsibilities, revenue-sharing terms, and payment schedule will be set forth in a separate written project agreement or independent contractor agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, members performing project work are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, business expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

Membership fees pay for program access and included benefits only. Purchasing a membership does not guarantee selection for any project, preferential consideration, or any benefit beyond those expressly included with the selected membership level.

Any examples, testimonials, project results, income references, or success stories reflect the individual experiences of specific members and are not promises or guarantees of future performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Membership benefits, project availability, program features, coaches, mentors, and resources may change over time. Current pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are provided during enrollment and governed by the applicable membership agreement.
