How the Ambassador Program Works
As a Lake Hazel Ambassador, you help more people discover the support, services, and opportunities available through Lake Hazel. You may share with friends, family members, contractors, homeowners, designers, real estate professionals, or members of your online community.
When someone purchases an eligible Lake Hazel service or membership using your personalized referral link or code, the referral is connected to your ambassador account. Once the purchase meets the program requirements, you receive the applicable commission.

Make a Genuine Connection
Briefly explain why you believe Lake Hazel may be useful based on what the person shared. Keep the focus on their needs rather than on making a sale.
Offer Your Link or Code
Invite them to learn more using your personalized referral link or code. Never create urgency, make promises, or pressure someone to purchase.

Referral Tracking
How Your Personalized Link or Code Works
Your referral information is unique to you. It allows Lake Hazel to identify the ambassador who introduced a new customer when an eligible purchase is completed.
Your Personalized Referral Information
After onboarding, you will receive a unique link, code, or both. Use that information whenever you share an eligible Lake Hazel offer.
- Use your assigned link or code exactly as provided.
- Do not modify, duplicate, or create your own code unless approved.
- Encourage referrals to use your link before purchasing.
- If a code is provided, remind the customer to enter it during checkout.
- Do not use your own referral information for personal purchases.
Important: A referral can only be credited when the approved tracking method connects the purchase to your ambassador account. If someone forgets to use your link or code, contact Lake Hazel promptly. Manual credit is not guaranteed.
Commissions + Payments
How Earnings Are Tracked
Lake Hazel records eligible purchases associated with your referral link or code. Each referral must meet the current program requirements before a commission becomes payable.
The Purchase Is Recorded
When a customer uses your approved referral link or code, the purchase is connected to your ambassador record whenever the tracking system successfully captures it.
Eligibility Is Confirmed
Lake Hazel confirms that the purchase qualifies for commission and that payment has been successfully received from the customer.
Returns Are Accounted For
Commissions may remain pending until applicable cancellation, refund, return, or payment-processing periods have passed.
You Receive Your Earnings
Approved commissions are paid according to the payment schedule, minimum payout requirements, and method listed in your current Ambassador Agreement.
Commissions are not earned on canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, unpaid, or otherwise ineligible transactions. Rates, qualifying offers, payment schedules, and tracking methods are governed by the current Ambassador Agreement and may change as the program develops.

- Clearly identify yourself as a Lake Hazel Ambassador.
- Disclose that you may earn commission from qualifying purchases.
- Use approved logos, images, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Protect private customer and program information.
- Send detailed service, pricing, and policy questions to Lake Hazel.
- Follow applicable advertising, platform, and disclosure rules.
- Attend weekly Ambassador meetings whenever possible to receive training, support, and current program information.
What to Avoid
- Do not pressure, harass, or repeatedly contact someone.
- Do not guarantee income, results, project outcomes, or availability.
- Do not change pricing, create discounts, or promise special terms.
- Do not present yourself as an employee, designer, contractor, or legal representative unless separately authorized.
- Do not purchase advertisements using Lake Hazel’s name without written approval.
- Do not use spam, misleading claims, or unsolicited mass messaging.
- Do not make negative or misleading statements about competitors.
- Do not share confidential business or customer information.
Suggested disclosure: “I’m a Lake Hazel Ambassador and may receive a commission if you purchase through my referral link, at no additional cost to you.”

The Ambassador Program is an independent, commission-based opportunity. It is not an hourly position, and income is not guaranteed. Your earnings depend on eligible purchases successfully connected to your ambassador account.
Ambassadors choose when, where, and how often they share within the boundaries of the program guidelines. You are responsible for your own schedule, communication methods, expenses, and applicable tax obligations.
The goal is simple: connect the right people with Lake Hazel when there is a genuine opportunity to help—and earn commission when that introduction becomes an eligible purchase.
